Three dinner seatings, 5pm - 7pm, 7pm - 9pm, 9pm to ???
9pm seating includes dancing to the music of Even Exchange, plus party favors.
Champagne toast at midnight while we watch the ball drop in Times Square.

Charbroiled Lamb Chops
The most succulent of red meats. Done to your taste.
Served with dauphinoise potato and asparagus spears.

Grilled Duck Breast & Morel Mushroom Crepes
Julienne of duck breast with carrot, celery, Napa cabbage, leek, apple and Morels rolled in crepes and plated with apple-cider reduction, herb oil and duck demi glace. Plated with dauphinoise potato.

Crab Cakes O'Mara's
Mounds of lump crab meat nicely seasoned and held together by the absolute minimum of crumb. Served with two dipping sauces, citrus mayo and garlic mayo.
The sides are roasted poratoes and steamed broccoli.

Filet Mignon
Nine ounces, broiled to your taste. Plated with wild mushroom scented demi glace, and sided with twice baked potato and asparagus.

Chicken O'Mara
Boneless breast sauteed with artichoke and capers. The finish is white wine, and lemon.
Sided with roasted potato and broccoli.

Broiled Whitefish Erin
Topped with herbs, tomato fillet and fresh shredded Parmesan. The sides are broccoli and roasted potato.

Prime Rib of Beef
Extra choice Kansas City steer beef Served with beef jus.
The sides are twice baked potato and asparagus spears.

Salmon in a Beggars Wallet
Wrapped in leek and thinly sliced potato, baked to perfection and topped with a jumbo prawn.
Plated with orange dijon sauce and sided with asparagus.

Sauteed Shrimp
Huge, sweet Gulf shrimp sautéed in butter, white wine and garlic. Plated with broccoli, saffron scented pilaf and garlic white wine butter for dipping.
